Hi everyone! I just can't stay away too long, so I thought I would do a quick post and remind you that the drawing for the lace bag in post #100 will be on Sept. 5th. Still plenty of time to leave a comment. We don't have anything special planned for the Labor day weekend, some friends over for dinner friday night and then hanging out at home. I hope to get the living room painting finished! Yes! I am still working on that, I have NEVER taken this long to finish a room. I usually have the whole thing done in a day. I have been getting some projects done that I can't wait to share with you next week. I hope everyone has a wonderful end of summer weekend! What are you doing for Labor Day?

Just checking in

ReplyDeleteWe have great friends coming this weekend, previous neighbors actually. We are really looking forward to it. Our town in NC has the state Apple Festival, every Labor Day weekend, so we will probably go to that. Arts, crafts, apples, cider, parade etc...

Your flowers are looking good, my morning glories are blooming as well, I have the same color you are showing as well as sky blue and a new kind, a double pink variety.

Hi Kathy! So nice to see a post from you! I am sure you are busy as ever back to work! I love the picture on this post, so pretty! We dont have anything planned for Labor Day either. I'll be doing what your doing....painting I have yet to finish my room I only have a hour or two a day to work on it so it isn't getting done as quickly as I would like.
Can't wait until you get back to your regularly scheduled postings! :)

You have my favorite morning glorys! I used to love those as a child and still do! So pretty! This weekend we are heading beack to San Diego and using our two day tickets to Sea World. Its only a couple hours drive or the length of The movie 'The Sound Of Music" Thats what the girls watched on our last trip there...Do a Dear... It is the calm before the school storm! Say a prayer for me, I am letting my little one leave the nest and head to Kindergarten! BWAH! Have a restful weekend!
