Hi everyone! The party was great and I cant wait to tell you about it, but right now I am logged on at the library. Victorias party ended at 5p.m. Sunday and at 5:03 we were hit with a massive storm and power outage throughout our county. About 25,000 people are without power including us. Fortunately one of the guest who had left called and warned us about the storm headed our way and we just got the tent and tables and chairs and everything else taken care of and under cover when the rain and wind hit and the power went out. We still don't have any power, and I dont know how long this will last! Ugh! But at least everything went well for her open house. I am going through computer withdrawal! See you all soon (I hope!)
How lucky that you were warned it was coming your way. Imagine if all your tents tables and chairs had still be out in the open.
ReplyDeleteI am so happy that the party was such a success.
Hope everything is soon back to normal for you all.
Take care
Alison
Gosh, that sounds terrible. We're having rain here in the Idaho desert right now, but nothing bad. Just refreshing for us. Glad everything went well for ya, chickee. Good luck.
