I gotcha beat on the scale thing, my fellow Live-it-ing friend. I don't own one. Yet. Once 20#s are gone, then I'll buy one. Maybe. On the other hand, I may just go by my clothes, and when they're too big, I'll just go buy my clothes...

Keep strong over the holiday! Eat a dog or a burger if you must, but skip the bun. And the chips. And the fries. And the shortcake (but OK for a few strawberries, even tho Atkins disagrees. As you so aptly noted before, HE'S DEAD NOW.)
