I always enjoy making the year end collage, choosing a photo from each month is such a fun way to put the year in review and sum up what I was up to. 2014 was heavy on wedding prep ♥
It may be a little late, (I am fighting a cold, that also seems to be a New Year tradition in this house!) but here it is, 2014 summed up in photo's. It was a colorful year, full of good things and I look forward to starting 2015 with a fresh slate.
We have some big plans for this year. I'll share them as they develop. Now I'm off to pack up the decorations and freshen things up. The Snow is falling for very nearly the first time this winter and a cup of coffee and some errands will round out the day. What are you planning for the month of January?
Lot's of painting to set up our cottage. I'm so excited.I sure hope your cold let's up. It's been a rough year for sickness around the holidays. We got over the flu and now my hubby is fighting the cold too. We are ready for Spring. Can't wait to see what you have in store for 2015.

Such pretty pictures from your past year! Today is foggy here, as it is a lot in the winter time at the top of the mountain. For this first month of the, I am cleaning out closets and tossing or donating stuff. I am also cleaning out the fridge and pantry to make room for more healthy staples. Happy New Year Kathy!
ReplyDeleteLove it all! You know your photography is really nice. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a year you had! Your photos are a wonderful reminder of what you've shared through the last months. Take care of yourself and get well. I can't wait to hear more about your plans for this year. We are planning to paint the kitchen in January - and maybe begin the last step of the remodeling that started a l-o-n-g time ago. We also are working to declutter, sort, donate, toss and clean our garage. We started working on it a little at a time before the holidays. It's time to pick up where we left off and get it done!

ReplyDeleteThat made a wonderful collage! It was a very good year for your family. Sorry that you're fighting a cold... definitely not a fun way to start a new year. Big plans, eh? I won't even try to imagine. My big plans? Getting dressed is good for starters. Ha! Tomorrow will be a clean-up day after our snow, ice, freezing rain event coming in as I type.

ReplyDeleteI think 2015 is going to be a wonderful year. We have a few plans in the works, too...but, we are both thankful to be able to take things easy..no stress about getting things done on a schedule..just in our own, easy time.
And, yes, indeed...we both are blessed to have our families..large and close by. :)

You really did have a spectacular year, Kathy! Any year with a wedding is hectic but so filled with joy. I vividly remember posts surrounding that event, your kitchen reno, and the apple pie recipe!! And you have things brewing for this year already? Hmmmmm...
ReplyDeleteWe had a slushy snow last night that melted by morning. I hope it dries up completely because we have some real cold coming Monday morning.
Take care and thanks for your visit today! :)
