A special dinner made by my youngest daughter to celebrate my birthday.
Tandoori Chicken burgers, with cilantro, cucumbers and a spicy yogurt sauce...
Potato salad with sour cream, bacon and scallions...
And Ginger grapefruit spritzers...
Followed by a beautiful chocolate layer cake! It was all so good! She kindly only used 20 candles so we wouldn't burn the house down! Time spent celebrating with family is the best gift of all.
