In my garden

Just a few of the beauties blooming right now. The rain has made everything lush as early spring. My favorite is the red and white peppermint striped zinnia:>) Now I have some HTML homework to finish before I head for an appointment with my tutor.  Lets just say my summer classes are less than wonderful :>{  I am thankful that the school provides free tutoring for those of us who are completely dazed and confused.
Good news though, I am working on some fun things for the shop. Slowly, but I am working on them:>) Oh I would so much rather be sewing than doing homework! How about you? What would you like to be doing right now? Linking with Marys Mosaic Monday.

That beautiful zinnia brought back memories from home. My Mom planted lots of zinnias. I'm putting them on my list to plant next year! What would I like to be doing right now? Crafting a little plaque out of chipboard like I seen on a cardmaking blog this morning. I'm also anxious to see your sewing projects! Are you making an apron??

Hi Kathy! It all looks so fresh and pretty! It's so hot and dry here now it's a miracle to keep anything from wilting!

Hope the family is doing well!(He he, I'm just so excited to have time to visit this morning that everything has an exclamation point!)
Hugs,
Dawn

I have to agree with the other ladies, the zinnia's are beautiful. They look big peppermints in the garden.

God Bless,

Oh Kathy...my gardens are struggling so...not enough rain and super high temps for weeks have really put a strain on them. Your flowers are lovely and I will pretend they are mine, if that's ok with you ;-)
Good luck with you summer classes.

PS..My sky last night was a blazing orange/red! I thought of you right away and your red sky post.

The photos in your mosaic are just beautiful. You really have lovely flowers (and tomatoes) growing in your garden. I hope your homework is going well for you. My sister is learning html right now and she says it is a bit difficult. I am thinking of doing that myself... so, just how difficult is it?

Hope you have a lovely night and your week goes well for you, too,
Susan

Your photos are stunning! Can't decide which one I like best. I really wish I was sitting in the sand right now but not during the day when it's hot, in the early evening. I can't seem to make that yearning go away and not sure how to accomplish it right now. Have a wonderful day!

Beautiful mosaid Kathy! Your garden is looking wonderful! Your basil looks so good - mine has gone to seed. It's been brutally hot here and many things are not doing well.

Can't wait to see what you're adding to your shop!

Hi Kathy,
Love your flowers, your garden must be lovely. Summer is such a wonderful time, no matter how many things we have to do, there is just a more lazy hazy days of summer feeling.

Hope you are having a lovely evening. It's supposed to get cooler later this weekend, I can't wait.
