Apple Raspberry Tart

The weather has been wonderful this weekend! Sunny 70's and gilded Fall perfection. It made me want to bake. I found the recipe for this rustic Apple Raspberry Tart here. Delicious! The crust is like shortbread, sprinkled with coarse sanding sugar. The filling, mmmmm, cinnamony, appley, raspberryish delight. Super easy.
And how was your weekend?

Oh Kathy, that just looks divine! :o) I need to hop on over to the recipe. :o) I am so glad you are enjoying such beautiful weather. We had a little break and now it is hot again, in the 80's. I wonder if we will be celebrating Thanksgiving in shorts this year. :o)
I hope you have had a lovely weekend!!
Sincerely - Trish

That looks delish! I made an apple pie this weekend. The whole house smelled like fall!

Our weather is beautiful. Not fall feeling right now. The highs were in the low 80's and cooled to the high 60's at night.

Have a wonderful week Kathy!
