It's the dead of winter here in Virginia and we have Robins all over the place! I guess they are not a reliable sign of spring ;-( I think with the economy, they cannot afford to fly south!
Are you kidding, I'm so tired of the rain and cold weather. I don't envy the ones that are dealing with all the snow. I'm getting ready to make a bunny, so I better have some bunny love on my mine . . Have a good weekend!
Of course, I am craving the Wearin' of the Green on the 17th!! Hope you plan to come to the party at my place!! There will be lots of green, for sure! and begorrah..:)
I'm craving hot corned beef on seeded rye bread...that's what I'm craving...I refuse to pay ridiculous prices for corned beef now as I never know how long it's been on the shelf...Waiting patiently for a fresh batch to hit the stores and on sale ofcourse!
Absolutely I miss green! I was out in the back yard today spray painting a wicker bed tray I found at a thrift shop. Today was the first day it hasn't rained or had the potential for rain. I like to use spray paint outside because of the fumes. Anyway, the yard looks so sad and gray and depressing. Some sunshine, warmer temps and green grass and leaves will be most welcome!
Yes!!! It's going to be in the 60's today and I'm so going outside to work in my yard even though the ground is a soggy muddy mess. I spied the tops of daffodils and tulips the other day!
Hi Kathy. We are totally on the same page! I have been outdoors all day. I can't get enough. Wish I could seal these beautiful days up in a jar and save for the colder ones. :o) I am posting my lovely heart from you, on Monday. :o) Have a beautiful weekend! -Trish
I cannot wait to see Savannah all bloomed out! The city is just beautiful when all the trees, bushes, and plants have flowered! Thanks to Georgia's warmer climate, it is usually a little bit ahead of schedule, compared to other parts of the country!
Just had a green salad cuz I WAS craving green...it is cooooold here today. BUT I got a lovely package from a dear friend in the mail and all is well with the world. Everything is so perfect and sweet...thank you so much!!!!
Oh yes, ME, ME, ME!!! :) Happy Weekend Kathy!
ReplyDeleteKathy,

So much so that I've already switched to my March header. Our little springy spell is over, rain is forcast for the next week.
ReplyDeleteYES ME! I'm doing my Happy Dance because we are going to be in the 60's Sunday. Time to brake out the bathing suit.

ReplyDeleteGreen, warm, and sunny! I'm in desperate need. My brain has completely stopped working from all the darkness we've had this winter.
